昨年に続き、UNITY所属・Margot Ciccarelli(MARS:マーズ-Margotの愛称)のWorkshopを開催します(3年連続)。
彼女は香港を拠点に、世界中で試合に出ながら柔術を教えて生活している、まさに"柔術家"です。

今年のテーマは、マーズが実際に世界での試合で使っているベリンボロのニューコンセプト"the zen berimbolo" です！
速く動く必要はない。精密に動く。

一昨年のworkshopでは「今まで受けたベリンボロセミナーの中で一番わかりやすかった！」との声が多数出ました。今からワクワクしますね！

almost didn’t compete for many reasons, but glad that I ended up doing it.

Been sick all week, but I actually had a lot of fun this year trying some things that I don’t usually do and focusing more on the control component and dictating the pace.
Can’t only perform on your good days has been ringing in my ears the last few days.

一昨年はベリンボロを中心としたモダンガードを、（一昨年のようす)
昨年はラペルを使ったテクニックでみんなを驚嘆させていました。

マーズは今年も世界各地で試合に出ており、アブダビワールドプロに加えて先日の世界選手権(IBJJF Worlds/ムンジアル)でも優勝。
紫帯ですが、現在のムンジアルのレベルでこの成績はもの凄いです。

セミナー参加者はセミナー後のオープンマット(自由練習)にも参加可能です。
